Feeling Accomplished...

We have been super busy lately which doesn't leave me much time for blogging. I started a new job and I am only working 5 hours a day, however, when I come home I have all of the things I couldn't do because I was at work hahaha. Anyway, so I will have some new pictures up soon, especially on my other blog. I have been baking a lot and am really excited with how things have been coming out. I am really starting to love pastries and baking. It is so exciting to work all day and have these incredible foods come out. I love having people try them and tell me what they think. I made croissants on Saturday and baked them Sunday and they were incredible. This week for Thanksgiving, I am working on eclairs, Swedish Profiteroles (cream puffs), turnovers, and my favorite - croissants. I am near perfection on the croissants...sigh...finally! I bought two new pastry books that are the ones they use in the top pastry schools...I spent the day trying to find ingredients I have never heard of which was quite exciting and a little bit of a learning curve. :D Pictures to come...soon...
