Body Worlds 3: The Story of the Heart

Natty and I went to Body Worlds on Thursday and it was incredible. It is currently at the Leonardo in Salt Lake City until December 24th. You can buy tickets at www.theleonardo.org and find more information about Gunther von Hagens and Plastination at www.bodyworlds.com.

This exhibit was incredible, we were able to see some incredible things. There were lungs of a smoker versus the lungs of a non-smoker, fetus' in different stages, a brain with a stroke, the nervous system, and to my amazement a hip with hip dysplasia which was really cool. Anyway, go see it, even if you don't have a strong stomach, I was fine for almost all of the pieces in the exhibit. It is very surreal when you are looking at a heart that is bright red and there were a lot of children there when I was there if you are worried about that.
